Sr Imran bin Mohd Yusop, CQS is a registered Consultant Quantity Surveyor with over 15 years of comprehensive experience in pre- and post-contract administration, infrastructure and building projects, contractual claims, dispute resolution, and expert valuation for court and tribunal proceedings. He is the Principal of IM Marsus Quantity Surveying Consultant PLT and a registered member of the Board of Quantity Surveyors Malaysia (BQSM) and the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM). His professional portfolio spans petrol stations, industrial and infrastructure works, residential and commercial developments, water treatment plants, and public facilities across Malaysia, alongside extensive involvement as a professional witness and claims consultant. Academically, he holds a Master of Science in Construction Contract Management and a Bachelor of Quantity Surveying (Hons), and has contributed significantly to academia as a lecturer and part-time lecturer, delivering teaching, curriculum development, and professional talks in quantity surveying, construction law, and dispute resolution.
