Graduated from De Montfort University, Leicester, UK in BA (Hons) Accounting and Finance and Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from UiTM. He has over 25 years of experience in corporate finance, turnaround management, merger and acquisitions, private equity and business development. Previously held several senior management roles in Kulim Technology Park Corporation, UMW and Touch Group Holdings, before he launched his ventures in tax consultancy, real estate agency, and cooperative.
